The 30, 50, 60 and 90 refer to the duration of the class in minutes. 

The room is heated to 28-30 degrees Celsius for all classes except Budokon® Yoga.

Power All Levels (PAL), Power Basics (PB) and Power Groove (PG) are power vinyasa style yoga.

Power Restore (PR) is powerful, stretch-oriented yoga.

BY is Budokon® Yoga. This is an advanced class, requiring significant strength and mobility.  It is not recommended for pregnant women or beginners. Please check with Hamish or Margo before coming to this class

MED is Meditation.  There will be a brief discussion about meditation practice, then a guided group meditation.
